Our Staffs

Rania started working part time at Life Spring in 1991 during her free time while studying Biopsychology at UBC.  After she graduated, she joined Life Spring full time managing the office.  She developed an interest in Business and started her studies in Business Administration at Capilano University taking marketing, accounting and entrepreneurial classes. 
Rania worked closely with Ahmad before he retired in 2000. She learning how to run the business and gained valuable information on herbs. 
Rania is responsible for the day to day operational requirements of the business , overseas production schedules, inventory and manpower requirements to meet customer needs, and manages QC and GMP materials as well as assures finished products conform to government and company standards while satisfying GMP regulations.
Outside of Life Spring, Rania has a healthy work/family balance and enjoys yoga, hiking, travelling and learning French.

Henry is a professional Sales and Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry including Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and Natural Health Products, in the Multi-National and Private Label Markets.
Henry possesses a proven and solid track record  in all aspects of sales,  sales management, business and territory development and marketing.  
Henry started his career in the Consumer Goods Industry in Edmonton with Chesebrough-Ponds [Canada], as a Territory Manager, calling on Drug and Food retailers, and their respective wholesalers in Northern Alberta. 
He career progressed to Stanley Pharmaceuticals head quartered in North Vancouver where he became National Sales Manager, then moved to Toronto to become Vice President of Canapharm, a PanGeo company, then made the move back to Vancouver to work with Tosuta.   Henry made his way into the Nutraceutical and Natural Products Market place, with positions at Rhema, and Organika.
Henry’s responsibilities at Life Spring, include Sales, Marketing and New Business Development.
Outside interests include NASCAR Racing, Football and is no stranger in the kitchen.

Nada started her career at Life Spring Mfg in 1993.  She currently remains the longest serving staff member at Life Spring.  During her first 10 years at Life Spring, she worked closely with Ahmad (master Herbalist) formulating new blends and experimenting with old ones.  She witnessed the progress of Life Spring from a small company to the Company it is today.
Her duties include the manufacturing of all Natural Health products, weighing & mixing all blends and assuring compliance with GMP.
Nada enjoys hiking, reading, gardening, and cooking.

Martin, with a mechanical engineering degree from the UK, has been an important asset at Life Spring
Martin is responsible for the management of the entire warehouse/facility.  He has control over inventory, logistics & Procedures, as well as the operation and routine maintenance on all equipment used.  He manages the design, planning construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.    Martin also manages the packaging of all products at Life Spring Mfg.

In his spare time, Martin enjoys golf, fishing, camping, travelling, scuba diving, soccer
